Once this process is complete, designing begins immediately.
 CONSTRUCTION
Once a cohesive, undefined master concept plan is developed, we get (if necessary) the city's and homeowners association approval.
We also build to plans prepared by you or your architect. Upon final approval, we break grown immediately.
